57 million children worldwide are missing out on school and over a third of them have a disability.

Sense International is member of the Global Campaign for Education UK, which has launched the Send All My Friends to School campaign.

Former Paralympian and television presenter Ade Adepitan is supporting the campaign to encourage school children to raise awareness of the right of every child everywhere to have an education.

In 2000, as part of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), world leaders promised to get all children a primary education by 2015. A lot has been achieved; the number of children out of school has actually halved. That still leaves 57 million children without an education and more than one in three of those have a disability.

You can find out more about the campaign on the Send All My Friends to School website.
