About Sense International

Sense International is a leading global organisation that works through a rights-based approach to support people with deafblindness and complex sensory impairments to challenge stigma, discrimination and other barriers that exist within society – now and in the future. We help identify children with deafblindness as early as possible in life and support them to access education, healthcare and the means to earn a living, so that they can thrive and live life to their full potential.

Our strategy is focussed on removing barriers in societies and systems so that people with deafblindness are fully included; improving understanding of deafblindness through sharing skills and information; ensuring the voice of people with deafblindness is heard and their rights are realised.
